Ink Pads Are A Great Way To Make Children’s Craft
All children love scrapbooks and they take a lot of pains in creating them. Rubber stamps have, of late, become hot favorites with kids because they are very versatile and easy to use. There are many way to use these rubber stamps and colorful ink pads to create magic.
Teach The Kids To Do Some, Any Or All Of The Following:
1. You can use the colorful ink pads in combination with glue to make imprints on ink jet transparencies. Mixing glue in the colors of the ink pad makes it possible for the rubber stamp impression to stick clearly to the transparency and also dry up fastest possible. The children would have the choice of cutting it out and use it for their scrap book and/ or for their projects.
2. Make sure you have at least three to four color ink pads, each of them having a good measure of glue in them. Now, using a toothbrush, you could dip it in on the ink pads and then spray it on anything you want to paint – glass, metal, wood, plastic and what not. Because of the glue, the water color sticks nicely to the surface where it is prayed on making an exceptionally good looking craft project. If you have a bit of lacquer to paint over it, you will have an excellently finished craft that would get full marks.
3. You can use the same system copied on cellophane paper to get a crinkled paper look. Over it you could use your stamps with the glue colors. This would give you an instant painting with exceptional effects.
4. You can use ink pads to color beads, bracelets, clips and different types of other accessories giving them a good and refreshing look. Children specifically choose materials such as terracotta, bamboo, paper and wax to make different types of fancy jewelry. Some of this jewelry is extremely attractive and fashionable.
5. In the same way the glue ink pads could be used to color and decorate threads. These threads can then be used to make sceneries by sticking it to the paper, or cellophane and then have them framed.
